Marianny Scarvaci - legal administrator
Marianny Scarvaci is Legal Administrator for the firm, managing new client matters and assisting the attorney in all areas of practice of the firm. Since her childhood, she had always felt a passion for Immigration Law, so she decided to follow her heart and began looking for prospects in the legal profession. Soon after, she became part of our firm. Marianny is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Marianny was born in Maracay, Venezuela. She graduated from college in 2014 and that same year she was selected in the Diversity Visa Program, also known as the “green card lottery,” winning her ticket to begin a new life in the United States. Marianny embraced the opportunity and in November 2014 she arrived in Orlando, Florida.
Prior to joining our team, Marianny was Customer Service Ambassador at Orlando International Airport, where she was offered a full-time role in a fast-paced multicultural environment always assisting customers with patience and attentiveness, while being able to manage unexpected situations in a calm and professional manner.
Marianny enjoys meeting people from different cultures and exchanging experiences. Marianny’s next step and personal objective will be obtain a second degree in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies in order to fulfill her goals and satisfy her interests.

RICHARD RILEY - CERTIFIED TRANSLATOR
Richard has been the our in-house translator for years and specializes in translation of mortgage, real estate, immigration and probate documents from Portuguese to English.
Born in the United States, Richard is an international businessman who owned and operated his own company in Brazil for 17 years. He is fluent in Portuguese. He is also a former university professor and a FL licensed real estate broker and instructor.
He is a member of the American Translators Association and is a certified translator. Richard is very detailed oriented and familiar with Brazilian customs, laws and procedures.
